Dairy Free Banana Bread

Super easy dairy free banana bread!


  • 375g of self raising flour
  • 40g of almond meal
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 75g of brown sugar
  • 75g of caster sugar
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 50g nuttelex cocunut oil butter
  • 125g of almond milk
  • 2 eggs



  • Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees celsius
  • mix self raising flour, almond meal, cinnamon andย sugar in a large bowl
  • In a separate bowl mash the bananas
  • Add your almond milk to the banana mash
  • melt the butter over the stove, allow to cool, add to the banana mix
  • lightly wisk the eggs, add to the banana mix
  • Pour the banana mix in with the the dry ingredients, mix together
  • Pour into a lightly greased tin and bake for 40-50 minutes or until golden brown

Optional step – Lightly place walnuts on top of mixture before baking!
